Our 30-day pre-planning training gets you used to some of the terminology we use, and the business knowledge that you’ll need, especially if you haven’t ever run a business before.
After this 30 days, we bring you into our office in Bristol, where you start a five-day Sparkle systems training. The first three days of this are very classroom based, where we teach you our systems, we show you the Sparkle way and we get you set up.
For the last two days, you’re putting a lot of what you learned into action, by setting up a lot of the systems, selling, and booking up a few quotes.
This means that once you’re back in your own territory, you know exactly what you’re doing. You have quotes ready to go, and can really hit the ground running.
And once you’re back in your own area, the support doesn’t stop. We make sure that you’re involved in our weekly training sessions. All Sparkle Cleaning franchisees come together over Zoom once a week, for a training session with a new topic each week.
What we’re aiming to do here is to refresh your knowledge, and to make sure that you’re constantly learning and developing your business skills. As well as this, because you’ll be a brand new franchisee, we put you on our eight week structure.
For the first eight weeks, you’ll have a one-to-one with our founder, Gareth Saunders. During that one-to-one, we will highlight any issues that you may be having and teach you how to deal with them. We’ll also help push you in the right direction, so that you can continue to build your network, build your territory, and build your client base.
From a training perspective, the more we can help you grow and develop as a franchisee, the better the brand will be, and the better reputation, which means the easier it is to get clients. This is why we believe in the value of solid training.
Every 90 days, all of the franchisees get together, to plan out the next 90 days. We set ourselves targets and we help ourselves achieve them. We’re also joined by guest speakers, so that we can develop that knowledge from the experts.
As well as all this training, there are support videos across our database, as well as white papers you can read and other interesting articles that we come across.
We have over 450 systems here to show you how to do absolutely everything! The most important tool that we have to help you, is our other franchisees. We’re all together, we’re always communicating and we’re always acting as a family, lending emotional support as well as practical advice.
This is all included in your initial investment of £10,000.
