Job Description: Cleaning Associate

The Cleaning Associate will undertake the following cleaning duties, but not limited to the cleaning of entrances, hallways and communal areas, office spaces, kitchens, toilets, glass
Undertake all aspects of general cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping.
Work to high standards and maintain audit scores to consistently achieve KPI’s
Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels ensuring to notify the management team of any required replenishments in a timely manner
Report any faults or health and safety concerns to the management team
Expected to comply with all health and safety and data protection regulations and behave in line with our core vision and values as a representative of the Company
Carry out any reasonable request by the management team

No, our teams are PAYE (employed directly by Sparkle Cleaning).
Our hourly rate ranges from £8.50 – £10 per hour depending on the role.
Our teams are paid monthly in arrears.
All of our new starters are trained by an experienced member of the team and have a minimum of two training shifts. Ongoing support and training is also provided.
Yes, we sometimes have additional hours available such as holiday cover. If you are interested in working overtime please let us know during your interview.
