Be really honest with yourself with looking at your affordability. While most franchises look to make your original investment back in the first 12 months, it’s important to plan for the worst case scenario. How much could you afford to lose if it takes a little more time to get up and running?

This is something that we can help you with. At our first planning session, we’ll look at the lifestyle you have and the lifestyle you want

We can then work backwards to help you set the budgets and targets for your next 90 days, 6 months and 12 months, looking at how many hours you need to have on your books, how many staff that would require etc.
