We’ve made SparkleCleaning as quick and easy to use as possible, however sometimes a bit more detail is required. These are our top questions:
How do you take payment?
We are working hard to get a card payment system at your door however for the moment we will charge you the day after your clean.
How do I amend or cancel my booking?
Just feel free to give us a call if adjustments are needed.
Can I make a same day or last minute booking?
You certainly can. SparkleCleaning are pleased with our last minute availability option and have previously got someone out to a last minute wash in just 45 minutes.
How do I know what has been cleaned?
All of our cleans are completed using a checklist therefore you know what will be cleaned and we won’t forget anything!
What time will the cleaner arrive?
Our cleaner will aim to arrive 10 minutes before they are due to start.
Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes, we bring everything we need however if you would like us to use something special you will need to supply this to us and we can accommodate.
Can I book a regular clean?
Yes, in fact we encourage it as this way you get a discount, we can set you up with a direct debt and your house is always clean.
What cities do you clean in?
We cover Bristol and Bath areas
What happens after I make a booking?
We will send you a confirmation with all your details, you will also get a text reminder the day before the wash.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have £1 Million public liability insurance.
Do I need to be home for my booking?
Not at all, we can arrange for keys to be collected and dropped off after.
Do you have a referral scheme?
Yes we do, once you have booked you can use your unique code as a ‘voucher’. When you pass our details to your friends and they book a wash you both receive a discount off your next booking.
